Recreational Specialist:
(Position type: Hourly / Part Time)
The recreational specialist will report directly to the event supervisor. They will be asked to perform various duties throughout the day. These may include setting up canopies, manning a moonbounce, playing volleyball with the guests, or serving beverages. But that's not all; we expect a cheerful environment for our guests and a fun place to work for our employees. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites.

Squatter:
(Position type: Hourly / Part Time)
This position is responsible for arriving at an event site in the early morning hours. You will be required to secure the site for the event assuring that the client will have the spot they have been promised. You will also be responsible for being at the site when the warehouse arrives with the equipment and setup any stands, canopies, or other equipment. This is a great job for you early risers and hard workers. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites.

Fun Facilitator:
(Position type: Hourly / Part Time)
A high amount of energy is the first requirements for this position. This person will be inspiring guests to play in an assortment of games through out the event. Speaking into a megaphone to announce games and playing tug of war are just a couple of examples of what are expected. This person is the energy of the event. They will work along side other recreational specialists to insure the client's guests are having a good time. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites.

Picnic Event Supervisor:
(Position type: Hourly / Part Time)
Responsible for supervising from initial set up through the end of the event. The supervisor is responsible for the coordinating and breaking down of the equipment and insuring it is packed safely ready for transport. They will be responsible for supervising recreational specialists, maintaining client contact, and ensuring that our guests have a safe and enjoyable picnic. Must have a strong understanding of the way an event is carried out. Staff working in this position must have previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication and organizational skills. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites. Possession of a food handler card is required.

Picnic Catering Supervisor:
(Position type: Hourly / Part Time)
Responsible for all aspects of catering at a picnic. The supervisor will oversee the setting up of the buffet lines and grill areas before event begins. A catering supervisor will manage the catering staff during the event, ensuring that all food is presented in the highest quality possible to our guests. Must have a good working knowledge of different foods served at events. They must exhibit strong leadership skills and have strong oral communication skills. Also must be able to troubleshoot problems at events and keep in close contact with the warehouse via radio as needed. Staff working in this position must have previous supervisory experience. Staff must also be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation to get to and from event sites. Possession of a food handler card is required.
